The 36x36 system also uses 12 massive 1 inch nuts and bolts to evenly tighten and apply the maximum amount of pressure possible to the entire outer edge of your plastic sheet to ensure that plastics can never escape once locked in.
The weight of the steel frame greatly eases the amount of work required when pressing down onto your part by never flexing.

Small jobs usually only require a normal vacuum, but for larger jobs that have deep draws and sharp angles don't worry! You can attach your vacuum pump here.

The 36X36 system comes with a built in timer relay!

ULTRA GRIPTAPE ACTION
The 36x36 system is the only desktop vacuum former which effectively solves the problem of thicker plastics slipping out of frame when high downward pressure is applied. Never worry about slip-outs again!

MAGNETIC SAFETY ON/OFF SWITCH MECHANISM
The 36x36 system also includes a special safety magnetic ON/OFF switch. This switch gives you the ability to lock the ON button so that it cannot be pressed down and features a massive OFF lever allowing you to switch the sytem off with ease.

Set what temperature you want your plastic to heat to and once the set temperature is reached, the heating element will automatically turn off!

INFRARED LASER THERMOCOUPLE
It's difficult for standard thermocouples to detect the temperture of some clear plastics but not for this 36x36 system! Regardless of plastic transparency you'll always be able to see what temperature your plastics are at!
